Let me give you a few ideas that will help you as a director reach, teach and meet every desire your Pastor has for you in this ministry.
1. Use the Daily Journal yourself. This is imperative if it is going to come out in your messages. They will be fed the best food from your overflow time with God.
2. Do a challenge each week.
3. Read something Bro. Curington has written every week.
4. Develop your staff daily. Do something to encourage one of them every day.
5. Develop students weekly.
6. Sometime during the week, spend the length of your class time in prayer alone with God asking for His wisdom.
